In chat support team, I can honestly tell you that work wise, we are definitely working as one and help one another to resolve issues onset. As for now that I would have to choose one, it is honestly hard but this person shows three of the core values which are the following:Build for the minimum, Empathy and Humanity at the center. This is just a short story. So we had a little hard time in adjusting to our break schedules due to the queue , so I volunteered  to create  the scheduled breaks for everyone.Upon creating the schedule, had to reach out to this person to help me out decide for the breaks to be fair, he also initiated to place the schedule on the G-

calendar for everyone to be reminded.Aside from that, he is knowledgeable of some tools that would help us gather issues every week and set it as a reminder weekly.If he figures out something important that needs to be shared with everyone, he announces it and he shares resolution for issues that we are about toencounter and very approachable.He also created a weekly topic that asks everyone every week "how was their week" which is  great way to connect with one another.This person is ALEJANDRO.
