This is our commitment to the people who work with us:

  1. Paid bootcamp training and shadowing
  2. Work from home and serve c-level execs in the US, Europe, and across Asia.
  3. Work with coach/team leader to constantly improve output and service
  4. 1 to 1 relationship with executive, additional execs cost more (you get paid more as well) and needs your approval
  5. Continuous training on tools, processes, AI prompting, and more
  6. For eligible Chief of Staff, path to become promoted to Senior Chief of Staff
  7. 12 days PTO, but following executive’s holidays
  8. Performance and impact-based cash bonuses
